its air cargo and logistics footprint across Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" dir=\"ltr\">The company said the transaction follows the share purchase agreement announced in March 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" dir=\"ltr\"> The acquisition has now been finalized after the transfer of all shares and the payment of the initial purchase consideration using SAL\u2019s internal financial resources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" dir=\"ltr\">Under the deal, SAL International Ground Services BV, a wholly owned subsidiary of SAL, has become the direct owner of Aviapartner Li\u00e8ge SA following the official transfer of ownership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" dir=\"ltr\">SAL stated that the acquisition aligns with its international expansion strategy and strengthens its presence at one of Europe\u2019s key air cargo hubs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" dir=\"ltr\"> The move is expected to enhance the company\u2019s integrated logistics offering while leveraging Aviapartner Li\u00e8ge\u2019s established relationships with global airlines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" dir=\"ltr\">The
