UAE-based proptech and fintech company Rentify<\/a> has closed a $2 million seed funding round backed by a consortium of investors from the real estate and financial technology sectors. The latest investment brings the company’s total funding to $2.5 million, following a previous $500,000 funding round in 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new funding comes as the regional proptech sector<\/a> undergoes a gradual shift from traditional rental management tools toward artificial intelligence-driven models capable of executing operational tasks rather than merely analyzing them. This is the direction Rentify is betting on through its new platform, Earn AI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The platform is built on an Agentic AI model that enables the autonomous execution of operational tasks across real estate portfolios, including sending rent payment reminders, managing collections, creating tenant accounts, monitoring contract renewals, and recommending appropriate actions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The company said that the platform has already been deployed by five property management firms in the UAE, including ,Gargash Real Estate ,New Star Property Management,Arabian Acres Real Estate, Purecare Management,RSH Holiday Homes Rental<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thousands of property units across these companies’ portfolios have been integrated into the system and are now fully operational.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rentify Develops Earn AI for AI-Powered Rental Management<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Earn AI is powered by a proprietary artificial intelligence model trained on real operational data, including payment behaviors, contract renewal patterns, pricing opportunities, and vacancy rates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the company, property owners and management firms may lose between 8% and 14% of their potential annual rental income due to inefficient collection management, delays in rent adjustments, and operational revenue leakage\u2014issues that the platform aims to address through automation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rentify also noted that its platform relies on direct operational data from active customers rather than broad market indicators, giving it greater capability to assess the actual performance of real estate portfolios compared with conventional tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The company added that Earn AI was developed in Arabic from the outset and designed specifically to meet the needs of the UAE and Gulf rental markets, including local payment mechanisms such as cheques, contract cycles, and the operational dynamics between landlords and tenants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The launch reflects a broader trend across the region’s proptech sector, which is increasingly moving from property management tools toward AI-powered operating platforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The newly secured funding will be used to further develop the company’s AI model, expand the capabilities of its intelligent agents, accelerate the platform’s adoption among property management companies, and support its expansion into new markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
