The round comes as part of a broader USD 15 million equity raise, aimed at accelerating access to working capital financing for small and medium-sized enterprises across the UAE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The investment marks a significant milestone for CredibleX as it continues to strengthen its position in the UAE\u2019s embedded finance and SME lending market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Expanding Access to SME Financing Through Embedded Finance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Founded in 2023, <strong>CredibleX<\/strong> provides SMEs with fast access to working capital through its digital lending platform. The company focuses on embedded partnerships, allowing it to scale efficiently through distribution partners and SME networks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CredibleX currently works with more than 70 distribution partners and is regulated by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) at Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The company offers a full suite of working capital financing solutions, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Revenue-Based Financing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Receivables Financing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payable Financing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>These solutions are designed to help SMEs access flexible financing that matches their cash flow and business needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mubadala Leads CredibleX Series A Round<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Series A round was led by Mubadala Investment Company, Abu Dhabi\u2019s sovereign wealth fund, through its MENA Venture Capital Fund. The investment reflects Mubadala\u2019s focus on supporting high-growth sectors, financial innovation, and companies that expand access to finance across the UAE and the wider region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The round also included participation from <strong>Further Ventures<\/strong>, an existing investor in CredibleX.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CredibleX is led by co-founders Anand Nagaraj, Ahmad Malik, and Hassan Reda, who bring experience across global banks, fintech companies, and digital platforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Building on Strong Lending Momentum<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The new investment follows CredibleX\u2019s earlier financing milestone in September 2025, when the company secured a USD 100 million senior secured credit facility. That facility enabled CredibleX to expand its lending operations and increase access to financing for SMEs across the UAE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With the Series A funding, CredibleX plans to continue growing both its lending and non-lending business lines. The company will also use the capital to strengthen its embedded finance infrastructure, scale its lending marketplace, expand partner distribution, and enhance its technology and data capabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Supporting the UAE\u2019s SME Ecosystem<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Commenting on the round, <strong>Anand Nagaraj, CEO and Co-Founder of CredibleX<\/strong>, said:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cWe are delighted to welcome Mubadala as a lead investor in our Series A round.
