Together, these platforms have built a combined audience of more than 1 million followers over the past five years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of the transaction, Digital Ma\u2019arefa\u2019s three co-founders \u2014 Abdullah Mashat, Wael Almutlaq, and Abdullah Faqeeh \u2014 will join Rain, strengthening the company\u2019s regional push in financial education and regulated crypto adoption across the Middle East and North Africa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rain also announced the appointment of Abdullah Mashat as Managing Director, where he will help lead the company\u2019s regional growth strategy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Commenting on the deal, Abdullah Mashat said:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cThe Digital Ma\u2019arefa and Rain teams share the same ambition: building trust at scale by combining financial media with regulated infrastructure.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>EJ Nelson, Co-founder of Rain, added:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cTrust is invaluable.
