Both investors backed the startup following a pitch that highlighted Charikaty\u2019s growth trajectory, market opportunity, and long-term strategic vision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Simplifying Business Creation in Morocco<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Founded by Amr Mouaqit (CEO) and Driss Sijelmassi (COO), Charikaty focuses on digitizing and simplifying company formation in Morocco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Starting a business in the country often requires navigating complex administrative procedures and extensive paperwork. Charikaty addresses this challenge through fully digital services that manage legal structuring, documentation, and government registration. The platform aims to reduce a process that can take weeks into a faster, transparent online experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Positioned Within Morocco\u2019s Digital Transformation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Morocco registers more than 90,000 new companies annually. At the same time, the government is advancing digital transformation under its Maroc Digital 2030 strategy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Charikaty aims to position itself as critical digital infrastructure for entrepreneurs by offering services that include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Company formation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Corporate modifications<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Business dissolution<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trademark registration<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ongoing legal compliance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Earlier this year, the startup joined the first cohort of the Plug and Play &amp; Technopark Morocco Accelerator, a three-month program that featured workshops, mentorship, and over 230 investor meetings. CEO Amr Mouaqit also presented the company\u2019s vision to Amal El Fallah Seghrouchni, Morocco\u2019s Minister of Digital Transition and Administration Reform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Growth Plans Following Investment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>According to Mouaqit, \u201cEvery year, tens of thousands of Moroccans take the leap to start a business.
