Yamm, the Saudi-based platform simplifying returns, refunds, and exchanges for e-commerce merchants, has closed a seed funding round co-led by Vision Ventures and Arzan Venture Capital, with participation from 2Pi Ventures, Plus VC, F6 Ventures, and strategic angel investors. The round follows Yamm\u2019s pre-seed raise in October 2024.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Founded in late 2023 by Sultan Alsubhi, Mohammed Alshalati, and\u00a0Hamadah\u00a0Alkhaldi, Yamm enables customers to\u00a0initiate\u00a0returns and receive instant refunds or exchanges within seconds, while providing merchants with analytics,\u00a0logistics\u00a0integrations, and flexible settlement tools. Across the region, many merchants still rely on manual post-purchase processes, and customers often wait weeks to receive refunds, pain points that Yamm fully automates through a seamless, end-to-end platform.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Since launch, Yamm has processed hundreds of thousands of refunds, delivering triple-digit growth while enabling merchants to issue refunds in under 30 seconds. Yamm\u2019s streamlined refund and exchange experience increases\u00a0same-day\u00a0repurchases, improves customer return rates, and reduces operational overhead for merchants.
