The launch was marked by the signing of strategic partnership agreements between the Bahrain Development Bank (BDB), National Bank of Bahrain (NBB), Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait (BBK), Al Salam Bank, and the Labour Fund (Tamkeen), in the presence of senior government officials and banking sector representatives.<\/p>\n<h3 dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\" data-start=\"1461\" data-end=\"1523\">Empowering Entrepreneurs and Expanding Access to Finance<\/h3>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\" data-start=\"1524\" data-end=\"2096\">Minister Fakhro emphasized that the launch of the fund is a key milestone in implementing the government\u2019s vision, led by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to support the private sector and enable SMEs to grow through easier access to financing.<br data-start=\"1839\" data-end=\"1842\" \/>He noted that this initiative is one of the strategic projects launched by the SME Development Board to foster a sustainable, innovation-driven national economy and enhance the role of entrepreneurs in Bahrain\u2019s ongoing development journey.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\" data-start=\"2098\" data-end=\"2378\">Fakhro added that the fund aligns with the Ministry\u2019s broader efforts to strengthen the entrepreneurship ecosystem through public-private partnerships that open new horizons for local enterprises to innovate, expand, and contribute to Bahrain\u2019s Economic Vision 2030.<\/p>\n<h3 dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\" data-start=\"2380\" data-end=\"2403\">Partners\u2019 Remarks<\/h3>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\" data-start=\"2404\" data-end=\"2473\">Dalal Al Qais, Group CEO of Bahrain Development Bank, said:<\/p>\n<blockquote dir=\"ltr\" data-start=\"2474\" data-end=\"2930\">\n<p data-start=\"2476\" data-end=\"2930\">\u201cThe launch of the SMEs Fund reaffirms our deep commitment to supporting Bahraini entrepreneurs and driving sustainable growth in this vital sector.
