The announcement was made during the 10th Belt and Road Summit in Hong Kong.<\/p>\n<h2 dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\" data-start=\"1151\" data-end=\"1187\">A Strategic Milestone for Qatar<\/h2>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\" data-start=\"1188\" data-end=\"1650\">This investment represents a strategic milestone for Rasmal Ventures, the first homegrown VC fund in Qatar, underscoring its commitment to bringing global innovation into the Qatari market. It also marks the fund\u2019s first direct engagement with a Hong Kong-based startup, highlighting Qatar\u2019s emergence as a regional hub for advanced technologies and fast-growing ventures, as well as its role as a bridge for collaboration between Asia and the Middle East.<\/p>\n<h2 dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\" data-start=\"1652\" data-end=\"1699\">Strengthening Qatar\u2019s Innovation Ecosystem<\/h2>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\" data-start=\"1700\" data-end=\"1986\">Since its establishment in 2023 under the umbrella of the Qatar Financial Centre (QFC), Rasmal Ventures has quickly become a cornerstone of Qatar\u2019s innovation ecosystem.
