left;\" data-start=\"590\" data-end=\"881\">In a move to boost digital transformation within the non-banking financial sector, Egypt\u2019s <strong data-start=\"681\" data-end=\"721\">Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA)<\/strong> has approved five new requests submitted by companies aiming to either expand their fintech services or establish new ventures powered by financial technology.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\" data-start=\"883\" data-end=\"931\">Digified Expands into All Areas of Fintech<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" data-start=\"932\" data-end=\"1100\">Among the approved companies, <strong data-start=\"962\" data-end=\"974\">Digified<\/strong>, already listed in the outsourcing services providers register, received approval to add two new areas to its business scope:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\" data-start=\"1101\" data-end=\"1226\">\n<li data-start=\"1101\" data-end=\"1161\">\n<p data-start=\"1103\" data-end=\"1161\">The digital contracting of non-banking financial products.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1162\" data-end=\"1226\">\n<p data-start=\"1164\" data-end=\"1226\">The digital registration, archiving, and retrieval of records.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" data-start=\"1228\" data-end=\"1346\">With these additions, Digified is now authorized to operate across the full spectrum of financial technology services.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\" data-start=\"1348\" data-end=\"1383\">New Fintech Startups Approved<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" data-start=\"1384\" data-end=\"1464\">The committee also gave the green light to establish three new fintech startups:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\" data-start=\"1465\" data-end=\"1537\">\n<li data-start=\"1465\" data-end=\"1494\">\n<p data-start=\"1467\" data-end=\"1494\"><strong data-start=\"1467\" data-end=\"1494\">Nice Deer for Factoring<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1495\" data-end=\"1523\">\n<p data-start=\"1497\" data-end=\"1523\"><strong data-start=\"1497\" data-end=\"1523\">Dayra for Microfinance<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1524\" data-end=\"1537\">\n<p data-start=\"1526\" data-end=\"1537\"><strong data-start=\"1526\" data-end=\"1537\">iSupply<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" data-start=\"1539\" data-end=\"1739\">Each of these companies will operate in the non-banking financial sector using advanced fintech solutions, reflecting the FRA\u2019s commitment to fostering innovation and financial inclusion across Egypt.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\" data-start=\"1741\" data-end=\"1773\">License Renewal for V Lens<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" data-start=\"1774\" data-end=\"1994\">In addition to the new approvals, the committee also renewed the registration of <strong data-start=\"1855\" data-end=\"1867\">\u201cV Lens\u201d<\/strong> in the outsourcing service providers register, allowing the company to continue offering technology-driven financial services.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\" data-start=\"1996\" data-end=\"2028\">About the Fintech Committee<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" data-start=\"2029\" data-end=\"2180\">The <strong data-start=\"2033\" data-end=\"2081\">Committee for Reviewing Fintech Applications<\/strong> was formed under <strong data-start=\"2099\" data-end=\"2141\">FRA Chairman\u2019s Decree No. 3196 of 2023<\/strong>, and it is responsible for evaluating:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2181\" data-end=\"2577\">\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\" data-start=\"2181\" data-end=\"2271\">\n<p data-start=\"2183\" data-end=\"2271\">Establishment and licensing requests for fintech-based non-banking financial activities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\" data-start=\"2272\" data-end=\"2381\">\n<p data-start=\"2274\" data-end=\"2381\">Licensing for existing licensed entities looking to incorporate financial technology into their operations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\" data-start=\"2382\" data-end=\"2444\">\n<p data-start=\"2384\" data-end=\"2444\">Registration applications for outsourcing service providers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\" data-start=\"2445\" data-end=\"2488\">\n<p data-start=\"2447\" data-end=\"2488\">Temporary licensing for fintech startups.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2489\" data-end=\"2577\">\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" data-start=\"2491\" data-end=\"2577\">Proposals to develop and update the executive regulations of the Fintech Law in
