More than <strong>120 startups<\/strong>\u2019 teams benefited from intensive <strong>mentorship<\/strong> and capacity-building initiatives including bootcamps, incubation activities, and matchmaking sessions, helping them refine their business ideas, strengthen their operations, and prepare for investment.<\/p>\n<h2 dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">Empowering Egypt\u2019s Next Generation dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">The programme launched with a series of <strong>bootcamps<\/strong> held in<strong> Cairo, Alexandria<\/strong>, and <strong>Beheira, alongside<\/strong> an <strong>online bootcamp<\/strong> to expand accessibility.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">Participants engaged in intensive sessions focused on developing an <strong>entrepreneurial<\/strong> mindset, understanding customer needs through empathy mapping, crafting compelling value propositions, and building robust<strong> business models.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2 dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">Recognizing the Top Innovators<\/h2>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Following the success of the bootcamps, the Shell Intilaaqah Egypt Programme introduced two dedicated tracks in March 2025:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>\u2022 Best Idea Programme \u2013 Focused on nurturing early-stage concepts<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>\u2022 Best Startup Programme \u2013 Designed to support growth-stage startups in enhancing investment readiness and scaling operations<\/strong><br \/>\nBoth tracks culminated in competitive judging days, where six standout teams were awarded financial prizes to accelerate their business development and growth.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Best Idea
