Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan<\/strong>, President of the United Arab Emirates, and <strong data-start=\"1148\" data-end=\"1177\">President Emmanuel Macron<\/strong> of France, following their meeting at the AI for Work Summit in February 2025.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" data-start=\"1258\" data-end=\"1403\">The AI cluster represents a foundational step in creating a <strong data-start=\"1318\" data-end=\"1388\">sovereign, sustainable, and globally competitive AI infrastructure<\/strong> across Europe.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" data-start=\"1405\" data-end=\"1694\">The announcement was made in the presence of <strong data-start=\"1450\" data-end=\"1466\">Eric Lombard<\/strong>, French Minister of Economy, Finance, Industrial and Digital Sovereignty, and <strong data-start=\"1545\" data-end=\"1581\">H.E. Khaldoon Khalifa Al Mubarak<\/strong>, Chairman of the Executive Affairs Authority and Board Member of the UAE\u2019s Advanced Technology Research Council.<\/p>\n<h2 dir=\"ltr\" data-start=\"1701\" data-end=\"1737\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">Supporting the Full AI Lifecycle<\/span><\/h2>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" data-start=\"1739\" data-end=\"2158\">The partners will collaborate to build the first dedicated AI cluster in Europe designed to support the <strong data-start=\"1843\" data-end=\"1866\">entire AI lifecycle<\/strong>\u2014from model training and inference to the deployment of generative and applied AI systems. Strategically located, the cluster will integrate seamlessly with France\u2019s innovation ecosystem, offering advanced compute infrastructure, experimentation labs, and real-world development environments.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" data-start=\"2160\" data-end=\"2482\">The open platform will feature <strong data-start=\"2191\" data-end=\"2213\">exascale computing<\/strong>, sovereign cloud capabilities, and <strong data-start=\"2249\" data-end=\"2301\">low-carbon, AI-optimized hyperscale data centers<\/strong>. It will help scale AI adoption across sectors such as <strong data-start=\"2357\" data-end=\"2417\">healthcare, mobility, energy, finance, and manufacturing<\/strong>, while reinforcing Europe\u2019s <strong data-start=\"2446\" data-end=\"2481\">digital and climate sovereignty<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2 dir=\"ltr\" data-start=\"2489\" data-end=\"2510\">Official Comments<\/h2>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" data-start=\"2512\" data-end=\"2559\"><strong data-start=\"2512\" data-end=\"2538\">Ahmad Yahia Al Idrissi<\/strong>, CEO of MGX, said:<\/p>\n<blockquote dir=\"ltr\" data-start=\"2560\" data-end=\"2941\">\n<p data-start=\"2562\" data-end=\"2941\">\u201cFrance has both the ambition and the capability to lead in the new AI era.
