<strong>Zamanat<\/strong>, the world\u2019s first <strong>Shariah-compliant Real-World Asset (RWA)<\/strong> <strong>tokenization platform<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">In addition, a $25 million <strong>innovation fund<\/strong> was introduced to support <strong>AI-powered financial tools<\/strong>, and the official launch date for the <strong>ZIGChain<\/strong> mainnet was set for June 25, 2025.<\/p>\n<h2 dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">Zamanat Platform<\/h2>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>The summit<\/strong> marked the launch of <strong>Zamanat<\/strong>, developed by<strong> Disrupt.com<\/strong>, a leading venture builder and investment firm in the <strong>MENA region<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">The platform aims to open new investment opportunities for wealth managers and investors within the <strong>ZIGChain ecosystem.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">Through <strong>Zamanat<\/strong>, users will gain access to real-world assets such as<strong> real estate<\/strong>, <strong>Sukuks<\/strong>, private credit, invoice financing, commodities, and other tangible assets\u2014all structured in accordance with <strong>Islamic finance principles<\/strong> and <strong>ethical<\/strong> governance standards.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Zamanat<\/strong> aligns with the<strong> UAE government\u2019s strategic vision<\/strong> to become a global hub for<strong> digital assets<\/strong> and <strong>Islamic finance<\/strong>, in line with national initiatives like the Dubai Land Department&#8217;s tokenized real estate project.<\/p>\n<h2 dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">Launch of DeFAI Fund<\/h2>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>ZIGLabs<\/strong>, in partnership with<strong> Disrupt.com<\/strong> and <strong>DWF Labs<\/strong>, also announced the launch of a $25 million <strong>DeFAI<\/strong> <strong>Fund<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">The fund aims to foster innovative solutions that integrate artificial intelligence with <strong>blockchain<\/strong> <strong>technology<\/strong> to advance <strong>smart financial services,<\/strong> decentralized asset management, and digital wealth strategies.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">This new fund builds on the previously announced $100 million <strong>ZIGChain<\/strong> ecosystem fund (April 2024), as well as entrepreneur support programs launched under the name <strong>Kickstart<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2 dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">Mainnet Launch Date Confirmed<\/h2>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">During the<strong> summit, ZIGChain<\/strong> confirmed that its mainnet will officially go live on June 25, 2025.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">This launch will mark a major step toward establishing a comprehensive, inclusive digital<strong> financial ecosystem<\/strong> powered by <strong>AI<\/strong> and
