He said:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>&#8220;Rich entrepreneurs don\u2019t pay taxes, while small entrepreneurs pay up to 75% in taxes globally.
