Loop CEO Olga Shevorenkova stated, “Our goal is to become the UAE\u2019s premier EV charging provider, using Abu Dhabi as a strategic base for our regional expansion. We plan to recruit locally and explore opportunities to establish manufacturing and R&D operations in Abu Dhabi, which would position the city as a key center of excellence for Loop.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Loop President and Co-Founder Zack Martin added, “Our decision to set up the regional headquarters in Abu Dhabi is driven by the increasing demand for EV technologies in the local and regional markets. Abu Dhabi has announced plans to install tens of thousands of EV charging stations by 2030. These stations will be strategically placed at retail centers, multi-family residential buildings, government offices, petrol stations, and other key locations.
