During the Techne Conference, we conducted an exclusive interview with Gamal Gaballah, CEO of Elma7fza, to reveal his vision and the company&#8217;s future plans.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Integrated Electronic Payment Solutions<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Gamal Gaballah began by emphasizing that Elma7fza addresses multiple issues in the electronic payment sector. He said, &#8220;There are now more than 70 electronic payment companies in Egypt. When a merchant has two, three, or even four options, they find themselves having to install several payment devices in their shop.&#8221; He explained that these companies offer different services, forcing merchants to deal with multiple companies to get all the services they need. He added, &#8220;We have connected all these companies in one application, allowing the merchant to access all their services through a single application with the same commission, eliminating the need to work with multiple companies.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Salary Transfers and Payments via Electronic Wallets<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Gaballah also mentioned that the company provides salary transfer services for irregular workers on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis, either through electronic wallets or cards. He explained that the company offers integrated solutions for transferring money even to employees who do not have a card or electronic wallet, as funds can be transferred to an account within the application.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Support for Freelancers and Independent Workers<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Gaballah confirmed that Elma7fza targets multiple groups, including freelancers and independent workers. He said, &#8220;We provide them with the ability to transfer part of their earnings from sponsored ads through the application to their electronic wallet, making it easier for them to manage their money.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Growth and Expansion Plans<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Regarding challenges and competition, Gaballah said, &#8220;We are not content with what we have achieved so far; we aspire to achieve more in the coming years.&#8221; He explained that the company invests in developing its own technology, reducing reliance on external developers. He added, &#8220;The largest part of our investments will go towards purchasing POS devices, system development, and team development.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Innovation and Financial Sustainability<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Gaballah explained that the company has managed to reduce its financial needs through strategic partnerships, such as its partnership with Tally, which helps reduce costs and accelerate growth. He added, &#8220;We aim to transform the company into an investor in the future thanks to increasing profits.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Marketing Strategy and Growth<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Although the company has not invested much in advertising so far, Gaballah confirmed that Elma7fza relies heavily on relationships, referrals, and word-of-mouth marketing. He said, &#8220;We now have over 7,200 merchants using our services, and we aim to expand further in the future.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>In conclusion, it can be said that Elma7fza is steadily moving towards achieving its vision of providing comprehensive and easy-to-use electronic payment solutions for merchants and consumers in Egypt.
