Dar wa Emaar and NHC Launch Two Residential Projects with SAR 3.8 Billion Investment

On the Sidelines of Cityscape Global 2025 in Riyadh

Dar wa Emaar Real Estate Investment and Development Company, in partnership with the National Housing Company (NHC), announced the launch of two major residential projects with a combined investment of SAR 3.8 billion.

The two projects were unveiled during the Cityscape Global 2025 exhibition in Riyadh, aiming to create fully integrated urban communities aligned with the objectives of the Housing Program and Saudi Vision 2030, enhancing homeownership and improving quality of life.

The first project, Al Fursan Communities, located in northeast Riyadh, includes over 1,700 villas and townhouses and 814 residential units, complemented by extensive green spaces and comprehensive services.

The second project, Al Narjis Communities, in northern Riyadh, features 750 premium and practical apartments catering to a wide range of Saudi families, along with a commercial area offering retail and service facilities.

Choosing Cityscape Global as the platform for the launch highlights the event’s significance as a specialized venue for showcasing future real estate developments both locally and internationally.
