- Edafa Venture Announces Acquisition of Kuadra and IRRI Vision in Egypt
- The acquisition focuses on supporting AI-driven startups and accelerating their regional and international expansion.
Edafa Venture has officially acquired two Egyptian startups, Kuadra, which specializes in construction technology, and IRRI Vision, a company operating in the health-tech sector.
According to reports released by Edafa, the acquisition process was initiated on the sidelines of Egypt’s hosting of the AI Everything Middle East & Africa – Egypt summit, held as part of GITEX Global in Cairo in February.
The acquisitions reflect Edafa’s strategy of leveraging artificial intelligence technologies and supporting advanced technology sectors.
This approach is evident in the business models of both Kuadra and IRRI Vision, the latter focusing on accelerating medical diagnosis and enhancing patient care through AI-driven solutions.
Eng. Essam Ali, Chief Executive Officer of Edafa Venture, said:
