AntX, a company specialising in the execution of research and development (R&D), has acquired Magnum Egypt, an education technology (EdTech) company.

The acquisition strengthens Magnum Egypt’s capabilities in developing technology-driven solutions and building technical talent.

Commenting on the acquisition, Eng. Ahmed Emad, Chief Executive Officer of AntX, said:
