Saudi-based Vennre, a company specializing in innovative wealth-building solutions for individuals, has announced the closing of a $9.6 million Pre-Series A funding round, comprising a mix of equity and debt financing.
The round was led by Vision Ventures and anb seed Fund, with participation from Sanabil 500, Ace & Co, and Plus VC, alongside a group of individual investors from the private banking, technology, and entrepreneurship sectors.
Through this investment, the company aims to expand its customer base, launch new features on its digital platform, and strengthen its presence and growth within the Saudi market.
The Vennre platform focuses on enabling high-income individuals in the region to access curated investment opportunities in private markets—opportunities that are often limited to large financial institutions and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
The platform offers vetted deals across a range of asset classes, including real estate, private equity, venture capital, and private credit, with a minimum investment starting at approximately $5,000, in addition to providing Shariah-compliant investment options.
