Flat6Labs Celebrates the Graduation of the Sixth Cohort of the Riyadh Seed Program

Funded by F6 Ventures, the program has supported the growth of more than 60 startups with USD 17 million in investments, and contributed to attracting USD 38 million in follow-on funding rounds and co-investments.

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – January 14, 2026 – Flat6Labs hosted today the sixth closing day of the Riyadh Seed Program in Riyadh. The program is funded by F6 Ventures, recognized as the most active venture capital firm in the Kingdom for the third consecutive year, and implemented in partnership with the Saudi Venture Capital Company (SVC), alongside several national entities playing a key role in the entrepreneurship ecosystem, including the Jada Fund of Funds and Riyadh Valley Company.

This closing day marks a major milestone celebrating the program’s success—supported by the National Technology Development Program (NTDP)—in graduating six cohorts since the launch of the program in 2023, reinforcing its role in supporting early-stage startups across Saudi Arabia.

Since its inception, the NTDP-supported Riyadh Seed Program has successfully supported the growth of over 60 startups, deploying nearly USD 17 million in investments through a dedicated seed funding fund backed by leading investors, spearheaded by SVC, in addition to anchor investors Jada Fund of Funds and Riyadh Valley Company.

The fund also contributed to attracting approximately USD 38 million in follow-on rounds and co-investments through F6 Ventures. Beyond capital, the program has supported more than 130 founders and contributed to creating over 440 jobs in the Kingdom—reflecting its long-term sustainable economic impact.


More than Funding: A Full Startup Enablement Model

In addition to investments, the program offers a market-driven operating model tailored to founders’ needs, with a strong focus on:

  • practical strategic mentorship,

  • building operational capabilities,

  • specialized training,

  • and expanding networking and exposure opportunities that enable investors to discover participating startups.

The program aims to empower founders to build scalable, investment-ready companies.

Moreover, the program is supported by the NTDP through its Accelerator Enablement Product, reflecting strong integration with Saudi Arabia’s national objectives to drive innovation and growth through technology.

Sixth Cohort Showcase and F6 Ventures Portfolio Review

During the closing day, startups from the sixth cohort presented their solutions to a select audience of investors, partners, and media representatives. F6 Ventures also showcased its largest investment portfolio executed over the past year, offering a comprehensive view of the fund’s activity and market impact.
