  3. The company plans to scale in 2026 by launching three new program levels, building 30+ school partnerships, and reaching over 6,000 students.

Business For Teens, an Egypt-based EdTech startup, has closed a six-figure Pre-Seed funding round, led by a group of angel investors, to accelerate its growth and expand across Egypt and the Gulf region.

Founded in 2024 by Nadim Barakat, Business For Teens focuses on teaching entrepreneurship and financial literacy to teenagers aged 10 to 16, through hands-on, project-based learning programs designed to bridge the gap between education and real-world business skills.

The newly secured funding will be used to scale operations, enhance strategic partnerships with schools, and further develop educational programs across Egypt and GCC countries.

Strong Early Traction in Egypt and Saudi Arabia

Since its launch, Business For Teens has partnered with more than 10 schools in Egypt and Saudi Arabia, training over 600 students in entrepreneurship, business fundamentals, and practical commercial skills.

The company has also organized several student business exhibitions, where young participants showcased their projects to hundreds of visitors, offering them early exposure to real market environments and customer interaction.

The investment round was led by Salah Abou El Magd, a training and sales expert, alongside a group of angel investors supporting the company’s expansion strategy and long-term educational impact.

Founder and Investor Perspectives

Commenting on the funding, Nadim Barakat, founder of Business for Teens, said:

“We don’t teach teenagers theory alone. We provide a clear learning journey that starts with the fundamentals and ends with launching real projects, while building essential personal and business skills needed to succeed in a rapidly changing world. This round enables us to scale our impact to thousands of teenagers across Egypt and the region, and to build strategic partnerships with schools and educational institutions.”

Salah Abou El Magd added:

“This investment represents the first step in a series of future investments. I have followed Business For Teens closely since its early days and strongly believe in its mission, its ability to empower young generations, and the founder’s capability to build a scalable educational platform with real and lasting impact.”

Expansion Plans for 2026

Business For Teens’ programs are built on over 12 years of hands-on business development experience, translated into modern educational content based on experiential learning, real-world projects, and interactive educational games, aligned with global education trends.

Looking ahead, the company plans to launch three new program levels in Q1 2026, expand to more than 30 school partnerships, and train over 6,000 students by the end of 2026.

Business For Teens is also inviting schools, youth organizations, community institutions, and educational entities to explore collaboration and partnership opportunities through its official website.
