Hushday, the UAE-based startup pioneering the region’s first invitation-only flash sales platform, has successfully raised over 2 million AED (approximately $550,000) in a Pre-Seed funding round from prominent regional tech investors.

The platform aspires to build a new, scalable growth channel for premium and luxury brands in the Middle East, offering complete brand control and next-level performance while preserving brand equity.

While inspired by successful international models such as Veepee (valued at over €4 billion) in Europe and Gilt in the United States, Hushday is not a direct replica. Instead, it has developed a Gulf-specific model tailored to the local market dynamics and consumer expectations.

The platform is expected to officially launch operations in the UAE in May 2025, with plans to expand to Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Kuwait by 2026.
