UAE’s G42 Invests in Fintech Company Inveniam
UAE-based G42 has announced a strategic investment in Inveniam, a US company specializing in fintech solutions for the private markets sector. This investment aligns with G42’s efforts to implement advanced AI technologies in key economic sectors that continue to face significant challenges due to insufficient technological services.
Private markets, which include real estate, private equity, and infrastructure, represent some of the largest asset classes globally. However, they remain burdened by inefficiencies, a lack of transparency, and reliance on outdated operational systems.
Through its partnership with Inveniam, G42 aims to address these challenges by leveraging the potential of AI to revolutionize how private assets are evaluated, managed, and traded.
The collaboration combines Inveniam’s expertise in building data systems for private markets with G42’s advanced AI capabilities. This synergy will provide secure, privacy-focused solutions for managing sensitive financial data while improving efficiency and transparency in private markets.
It is worth noting that Inveniam successfully raised $120 million in its latest funding round, led by Cushman & Wakefield.
